BEFORE RETIRING TO-NIGHT. In accordance Avith the provisions of the Summer Time Act, 1927, “Summer Time” will end at 2 a.in. to-morroAV, Avhen the clocks will be put back one hour. Householders are advised to correct their clocks before refiring to-night. The best Avay to do this without risk to the clock is to put it forward eleA'en hours.
