QUARTERLY MEETING. The usual quarterly meeting of the ManaAvatu Licensing Committee Avas held in the local Courthouse yesterday, presided over by Mr. .1. L. Stout, S.M., (chairman). Also present Avere Messrs J. K. HornbloAV, J. Curran and J. Walker. TRANSFER, A transfer of the Grand Hotel, Levin, Avas granted'from W. Nond to W. McLennan.
