On Saturday the local club tried conclusions with Levin, at Levin, but the home team proved superior, winning by 18 sets to 6 and 160 games to 93. The scores are as follows, Levin being mentioned first:—

Men’s doubles. —Bevan and Thompson lost to Proctor and N. Ross 3 —9; Harper and Moore lost to W. Ross and Roach 7 —9; Marsh and Townsliend beat R. MeMurray and Neill 9—4.
