The Government Meteorologist wires at noon to-day as follows: — The indications are for westerly moderate winds and backing by west to south'. Expect warm and humid conditions. Weather cloudy to overcast with scattered showers heavy in places. Indications for electrical disturbances. Barometer rising slowly. Seas and tides moderate.
