THE WEATHER.
The Government Meteorologist wires at noon to-day as follows: The indications are for northerly moderate winds freshening later and backing by west to south. There is a prospect of fair weather. The weather will probably become warmer shortly. The weather appears likely to be cloudy and unsettled with scattered showers. Barometer falling but rising after about sixteen hours. Seas moderate, tides moderate.
