When the name of a Maori was called in the Court in Wanganui yesterday counsel remarked that defendant had been dead'for some years. S.M. to Court usher: “That is why you have not served him.” Usher whispered to Herald reporter: “I didn’t knoAv which place to go to to look for him!”
