BOROUGH FINANCE
TREASURER’S STATEMENT.
The treasurer reported as follows at last night’s meeting of the Foxton Borough Council:- —
During the month of January the sum of £717 8s lid was received and banked as follows: —District Fund ’Account £715 8s lid, Cemetery Account £2. The ledger balances at the 31st January were as follows: Accounts at debit totalled £1135 10s 7d and were made up as follows: Imprest Cash £lO Os Od, Gasworks £377 Is fid, Town Hall £744 14s 7d, Worker’s Dwelling £3 14s 6d.
The accounts at credit' were: Cemetery £167 2s Id, Drainage Construction Loan £73 17s Od, general £ll7 8s 2d, hospital and Charitable aid £2B 14s 2d, Interest £778 3s 9d, library £llO 14s 4d, reserves £2B 8s 2d, Town Hall Pictures £707 2s 4d, waterworks £431 19s 4d.
