BREACHES OF BANKRUPTCY ACT.

Hamilton, Last Night. A Hamilton builder, Thomas Edward Waters, at the Magistrate’s Court to-day was arraigned on three charges of breaches of the Bankruptcy Act viz., failing to keep propel' books, contracting a debt which he had no reasonable or probable chance of paying, and wilfully failing to keep proper books with intent to conceal the true state of his affairs. Waters, who pleaded not guilty, was committed to the Supreme Court for trial. .
