DAYLIGHT LIMITED.

TO CEASE RUNNING ON SATURDAY. The Daylight Limited express will cease to run after Saturday next. Since the inauguration of this service the trains have previously continued until Easter and the decision to take them off earlier this year is in accordance with the statement issued by the Railway Department some months ago in which it was pointed out that the daylight service would be maintained only during the busy period. The trains have been very well patronised, especially by people in the country districts. A daylight service will be provided for a few days at Easter to cope with the holiday traffic.
