CAR DESTROYED ON WHIROKINO ROAD.
On Tuesday a two-seater car travelling north from Wellington, qnd owned by a Wellington resident, caught fire on the Whirokino Road on the Foxton side of the Bridge, ,and was totally destroyed. Yesterday what: was left of the vehicle was brought into Foxton. It is understood that the car was covered by insurance.
