ZANE GREY STORY AT THE CABARET.
“Drums of the Desert,” adapted from Zane Grey’s “Desert Bound,” reaches the Town Hall Cabaret tomorrow evening. Billed as a successor to “The Vanishing Race,” Paramount’s latest really eloes look imposing. It deals with an attempt of oil thieves to despoil Navajo In-, dians of their rightful possession, the reservation on Avhich they 'live. What happens Avhen a white man attempts to befriend them, and is is turn despised by his Avhite companions provides “Drums of the Desert” Avith more than its share of action. Warner Baxter, Marietta Millner, and Ford Sterling are featured. “Back Fire,” comedy and NeAvs, etc. Cabaret prices. Virginia 'Lee Corbin,' Sheldon LcAvis and Anna May Wong have the leading roles in “Driven from Home,” the melodrama heading Friday’s programme. Usual prices. Lon Chaney Avill head Saturday’s bill in “The 1 Unknown.”
