WEDDING.

DA VIS—ROBINS ON. The wedding Avas celebrated in All Saints’ Church, Foxton, yesterday, by Rev. W. H. Walton, of Isobel Grace, only daughter of Mrs. W. J. Robinson, of Herrington, Foxton, to Maurice, of Owhiro, youngest son of Mrs. John Davis, of Ngaio. The Church was beautifully decorated for the occasion by the friends of the bride and the bridesmaids. The bride Avho Avas given away by her brother, Mr. Gordon Robinson, of Wanganui, Avas charmingly attired in cornflower crepe-de-chine, Avith hat of blue crinoline straw, decorated with pink and blue flowers, shoes and stockings .of grey and carried a bouquet of pink carnations and blue cornflowers. The bridesmaids Avere Miss Lorna Robinson, attired in mauve georgette with silver medallions, mauve ’hat trimmed with coloured floAvers and silver shoes with stockings to tpne, and who carried a bouquet of mauve and pink flowers; and Miss Nancy Robinson who wore a pale pink georgette petal dress trimmed with beads, black crinoline hat trimmed with pink flowers, and silver shoes and stockings, and Avho earned a bouquet of pink and blue flowers. The bestman Avas Mr. Bell, while Mr. Sibbold carried' out the duties of groomsman.

At the conclusion of the ceremony a I’eception was held at Pi Kotuku, the charming home of the bride’s uncle, Mr. Francis Robinson, when sixty odd relatives and guests were present. The happy couple were the recipients of a large number of beautiful presents and numerous telegrams. Later in the afternoon they left by car on tiro honeymoon. The bride’s mother was attired in black silk, silk coat, hat trimmed with purple flowers, and avoi-c a purple tulle scarf. The bridegroom s mother wore a grey costume with black hat and grey feather boa.
