CYCLE RACING.
Last evening a three-mile scratch ■ace and a four-mile relay race were held locally, with the following results: —
Relay race: —€. Newson’s team (C. Newson, E. Coley,' H. Newson and J. Smith), 1. Three mile scratch race: —E. Robinson 1, J. Smith and J. Francis (dead heat) 2. \>
Sipith and Francis rode another lap to decide second,place, but this again resulted in a dead heat.
