TENNIS NOTES.
Despite the boisterous wind a most enjoyable Yankee tournament I was held at the Courts on Saturday. Miss Stevenson won the ladies’ trophy, while Mr C. Procter won the men’s. The following are the'points scored: — Ladies:—-Misses D. Brown 87, H. ' Owen 90, «T. Tliynne 88, B. Gower , 82, M. Stevenson 100, R. Perreau 75, M. McColl 94, J. Aikin 83, N. Woods 82, A. Haydock 80. Men:—Messrs R. Ball 69, A. Martin 68, W. Roach 86, D. McMurray 75, C. Procter 100, F. Cowley 79, N. Ross 98, R. McMurray 86, L. Ihle 97, E. Stevenson 82. Members are reminded that the Walton Rose Bowl and Men’s Cup matches must be played by the 26th November.
