BOROUGH FINANCE.
TREASURER’S STATEMENT
The treasurer reported as follows at Monday night’s meeting of the Foxton Borough Council: —
During the month of September the sum of £ll6l Os lOd was received and banked as follows District Fund Account £1139 11s lid, Drainage Construction Loan £lO Is sd, Cemetery Account £ll 7s 6d. The ledger balances at the 30th September were as follows:—Accounts at debit totalled £852 6s 2d, and were made up as follows: Imprest Cash £lO Os Od, gas works £425 18s Od, Interest £416 8s 2d.
The accounts at credit were: — Cemetery £16513s 10d, Contractor’s deposits £3 8s Gd, Drainage. Construction Loan i£loß 19s 2d, general £53 14s 9d, hospital and Charitable Aid £ls 8s 7d, library £ll2 14s sd, reserves £7B ,7s Bd, Town Hall £69 13s lOd, Town Hall Pictures £3BB 7s 4d, water works £444 8s Od, workers dwelling loan £124 8s Od, worker’s house £l2 10s Od.
