FOXTON AMATEUR CYCLING CLUB.
A committee meeting of the Foxton Amateur Cycling Club was held in Little’s shop last night, presided over by jVIr. 11. Hutchins (Chair-
man). The balance-sheet was discussed .also the statement in connection with the Levin meeting and it was decided to hold a special general meeting next Monday evening to adopt these statements.
The preparation of the cycle track on Park was discussed and it was suggested that the social committee hand over their funds to the club to have this work finished. The ladies social committee waited on the meeting to ascertain whether or not a euchre party should be held on Thursday night as it would clash with the Foxton Football Club ball. The matter was referred back to the ladies to decide.
It ivas decided to add to the committee at next week’s meeting.
