The senior inspector of the Wanganui Education Board is to report upon the advisability or otherwise of closing the Moutoa School and conveying the children of that district to the Foxton school. It is reported that there has been a falling off in attendance at the school for some time, and several of the children are attending the local schools. A meeting of Moutoa householders will be held on Monday evening to discuss the question.
