The Government Meteorologist wires at noon to-day as follows:
The indications are for variable and strong breezes, south-easterly moderate to strong prevailing. Expect dull weather, with much mist and fog in parts. Rain probable. The barometer has a falling tendency. Seas rough, tides poor.
