The Dairy Produce Board has sent out a notice to all exporting butter factories as follows: —“No doubt all dairy companies are cognisant of the fact that the use of preservative is prohibited in all butter sold in Great Britain as from January of next year. We simply mention this at the present time as a reminder.”
