FIRE AT BULLS.

WELL-KNOWN STABLES DESTROYED.

For about an hour and a-half the country round Bulls was lit up early last evening with the glare from a fire which totally destroyed the large stables at the rear of the Criterion Hotel. Nothing could be done to save the building, and very soon it was razed to the ground. A house nearby was endangered by the fire, and the precaution was taken to remove all the furniture. The wind remained favourable, however, and this property was not damaged.
