BARRY DEFEATED BY TEN LENGTHS. Vancouver, September 5. Major Goodsell (Australia) defeated H. A. Barry (England), for the sculling championship of the world. The race was rowed on Burrard Inlet, Vancouver Harbour, Goodsell finishing ten lengths ahead, rowing easy.
