A BOGUS INSPECTOR.

Ohristchuch, Aug. 3. Possessing a certificate of authority issued by the Board of Health to someone else, a bogus health inspector was caught in the city this morning. He collapsed when the head of a business firm called in the police, and it turned out he was a neurasthenic case. He has now been sent to hospital.
