“THE RED MILL.”
“The Red Mill,” a delightful musical comedy of ever-green popularity, has been adapted to the screen as a starring picture for Marion Davies. The story is a romance of Holland —at times verging on the tragic, with a number of thrills and an eerie adventure in a haunted mill. But throughout it teems with comedy —uproarious situations between Miss Davies and her Irish lover, played by Owen Moore; a hilarious love affair between Karl Dane, of “The Big Parade” fame, and Louise Fazenda, a talented comedienne. With “Lyon Tamer,” comedy, and News. Usual prices.
Tom Mix’s feature, “The Great K. & A. Train Robbery” at the Town Hall on Saturday; in a nutshell: Thundering hoofs, roaring wheels, deadly triggers, and a great love story served up in Western style, in a ripping railroad romance. Usual prices.
