SUMMER TIME BILL
The Summer Time Bill made its 19th annual appearance in the House of Representatives on Thursday, when a debate ensued on Mr. Sidney’s second leading motion: Last year the Bill passed the House, but was thrown out by the Legislative Council on a smafi majority.
The second reading was carried by 33 to 21.
