WEDDING
LINGARD—ROBERTSON.
A pretty wedding was solemnised in All Saints’ Church, Foxton, yesterday afternoon, by the Rev. W. H. Walton, when Eleanor, daughter of Mi- J. and the late Mrs Robertson, was united to Percy Alec, son of Mrs and the late Air Lingard, of Feilding. The bride, who was given away by her father, was attired in'a frock of pink georgette with veil to match, _and forried a bouquet of pink heather and maidenhair fern, and was attended by Miss E.' lieasman as bridesmaid, who wore blue embossed taffeta and veil to match, and carried a bouquet of freesias and pink roses. Air G. Arcus, of Levin, officiated as best man.
After the ceremony a reception was held at Grady’s rooms, where the usual toasts were honoured, and felicitous speeches made.
The happy couple, who are wellknown and popular in the community, have the best wishes of. a wide circle of friends for their future happiness and prosperity.
