THEFT FROM AN OLD AGE PENSIONER.
MEAN ACT AT HOKITIKA
Hokitika, Last Night.
Percy Thomas Timmins and George Cassev, alias George Kasseybaum, were charged with the theft of £5 14s from the hut of an oldage pensioner and were sentenced to one year with hard labour. Both accused recently arrived from the Auckland district.
