The Government Meteorologist wires at noon to-day as follows: - The indications arc for variable and moderate breezes, but wcstcil) winds moderate to strong prevailing and hacking up west to south. There is a prospect of fair weather, but cloudy and overcast at times. Barometer has little movement. Seas moderate, tides poor.
