THE SANITORIUM ROAD
MATTER DISCUSSED BY HARBOUR BOARD.
At yesterday's meeting of the Foxton Harbour Board, held in Palmerston North, the Sanatorium road at Foxton beach was again nndcr discussion.
The Secretary reported that the Manawatu County Council had declined to take over the road. After discussion it was decided to again write the Council asking if they would consider taking over the road if the ratepayers concerned at the Beach signified their willingness to meet the interest on the loan which would lie necessary for its. improvement.
