ALLEGED MURDER OF INFANT

MARRIED WOMAN FOR TRIAL. Tinniru, May 2(5. Ellen Robinson, a married woman, came before Mr. C. R. Orr Walker to-day charged with murdering one of her children at Hook, on August 1, 11)26, a baby of four months. Evidence was given by a servant in accused’s employ at the time, and by Dr. Wylie, of Waimate,. one of the doctors on whose certification the accused had been committed to the Sunnyside Mental Hospital. A plea of not guilty was entered, and the accused was formally committed for trial in the Supreme Court.
