THE WEATHER.
The Government Meteorologist wires at noon to-day as follows: Thjj indications are for northerly winds strong to gale, and backing by west to south after about 24 hours. The weather appears to be cloudy and unsettled; rain probable. Barometer falling, but rising after about 24 hours. Seas considerable, tides good.
