PRISON REFORM WORK.
Headers are notified that the meeting to he held under the auspices of the W.C.T.U. will take place in the Methodist Church, not schoolroom, as formerly advertised. The W.C.T.U. has many departments of work, and on Thursday night Miss Kirk, one of the newly-appointed women J’s.P., will speak on prison and reform .work, particularly as affecting women and girls. Miss Kirk, as secretary of the Soieety for the Protection of JiYomcn and Children, has a wide experience of our Courts, and it is hoped all who can will attend and listen to her thrilling story. All are welcome to come. Musical items will be rendered, and a collection taken to defray expenses.
