VERDICT AT INQUEST.

Roy Overend, of Hastings, who suffered injury in o boxing 1 contest with Tom Griffiths, of Dunenin, in Napier on Tuesday evening, died in the Napier Hospital on Wednesday night. Napier, May 20. At an inquest concerning the death of the boxer, Roy Overend, medical evidence disclosed that there was abnormality of skull, as a result of which a blovil which otherwise would have been harmless, caused haemorrhage, from which deceased succumbed. The Coroner found that it was a clean and fair fight, and returned a verdict in accordance with the medical evidence.
