“DIPLOMACY.”
Robert Lowry is a man of mystery. He is here,’ there and everywhere, and principally evident at the o_ddest times during a conference of the world powers in Deauville. Now he looks in unexpectedly through a window. Next he has an eye guled through a keyhole' at a private session held by some members of the English Embassy. Then he scurries down the hall of an hotel, just before the entrance of the German Baron. Who is he? Is he a thief? Is he merely a curious onlooker? Is he selling the information he gains? What is he doing? Matt Moore plays Lowry in Marshall Neilan’s production “Diplomacy,” coming to the Town Hall cabaret on Wednesday. Also comedy and News. Usual cabaret prices. Dongles Fairbanks natural colour feature, “The Black Pirate,” screens on Thursday next. It is a rip roaring adventure romance of pirate days on the high seas, with Fairbanks in his most dashing role to date. Big sea battles and duels are in plenty, whilst a novel romance lias been introduced with Billie Dove playing the fair lady.
