THE SALVATION ARMY.

Good congregations gathered at the Salvation Army on Sunday, it being observed as Alothers’ Day. The services were most ably conducted by Alajor Schroeder, from Wellington, her addresses being most striking and appropriate. A very impressive part, of the services was the receiving and presentation of white flowers with suitably inscribed cards attached.- The hall also was suitably decorated with foliage, touched with white flowers, which is the emblem of respect and honour to the mothers.
