A WARNING TO CYCLISTS.
MUST HAVE REFLECTORS ATTACHED TO CYCLE. A warning was given to cyclists at the S.M. Court yesterday when the police charged E. Lueinsky with riding a bicycle without a red reilector attached at the rear. Constable Owen said that the regulation regarding this by-law had been well advertised. This was the first ease tfciat had been laid under the Act, but it was brought as a warning to/ others. Defendant was convicted and fined 5/- /with costs 10/-.
