BREACH OF BANKRUPTCY ACT

In regard to the report telegraphin regard to the repirt telegraphed yesterday of the case in which Daniel Carline was granted discharge from bankruptcy it was stated that the applicant had purged his offence, a breach of the Bankruptcy Act, by going to prison. It is now pointed out that Carline was not committed to prison and the statement was made in error.
