THE WEATHER.
The Government Meteorologist wires at noon to-day as follows: The indications arc for westerly winds moderate to strong, and backing by west to south. Expect changeable and showery weather, and weather will probably become colder. Barometer rising soon, and then the weather should improve. Seas heavy, tides good .
