Dublin, April fi. There was a sensation in the Dail Eireann when Dan Breen, who recently took his seat, there, sponsored a Bill to amend the Constitution by repealing the Oath of Allegiance. The Dail, by 47 votes to 17, refused leave to introduce the Bill.
