THE WEATHER.
The Government Meteorologist wires at noon to-day as follows: The indications are for westerly winds strong to gale, and veeiiug by east to south. Expect changeable and showery weather. The night will probably be very cold. Barometer rising soon. Seas considerable, tides good.
