FOXTON COMBINED BAND OF HOPE.

There was a record attendance last night at the lirst meeting Iliis, year of the Band of Hope, held in the Presbyterian Sunday S'ehool. Mr. Nicholas presided, and gave the children a brief and interesting address. Ensign Sanson led in prayer. The following children provided the programme:— Dorothy and Joyce Kimnier, (2); Joan Cowley, Uia Thomson, Phylis Tongs, Rosie Munn. Instrumental items: Wilfred* Symons, Kathleen Leech. May McKnight, Frances Good. Recitations: Kathleen Leech, and Mona Kennedy vocal duet, Shirley Barron song.
