Ball £7 5s lOd, plus costs 15/6 forthwith, in default seven days fmprfsbimiiin.il wfirrairtr" suspended as long as defendant pay £1 per month,- list paymen,-6th ‘March. Kauri Patca.'.was. ordered to pay A. R. Osborne £4 l'Os- forthwith in default seven days imprisonment, warrant suspended as 'long as defendant pays 10/- per week, first payment 16th March. A. E. Smith was ordered to' pay Cooper, Rapley and Rutherford £26 3s 2d plus costs £1 11s Gd, forthwith in default 21 days' imprisonment. M. Connelly was ordered to pay /*~>A T.
