Wellington, Yesterday. A ease is proceeding in the Supreme Court before Mr. Justice MacGregor, in. which William George Collins, electrical linesman, seeks £OOO damages from Dr. H. C. Faulk, on the ground that it is alleged defendant failed 1 to give reasonable care and skill in treating him. He alleges bis jaw was broken when teeth were extracted and allowed to become septic, necessitating hospital treatment for one month. He is still an out-patient and would suffer permanent inconvenience and disfigurement and will require to have the whole of ifche bottom teeth extracted, and a set of false teeth made as well as a new upper set.
