Justice Adams, gave judgment today on the application to close premises in Madras Street suspected by the police of being a common gaming house. His Honour said he was satisfied there were reasonable and ample grounds for suspicions. The evidence of Walter Hulston, owner of the premises, was, His Honour said, absolutely unreliable.
