PRESBYTERIAN SABBATH SCHOOL.

A teachers’ meeting was held in the Church Hall on Wednesday evening. Mr. • Nicholas presiding. Those present were: Mrs J. Ross (superintendent'), Miss J. Ross, Misses L. McEwen, M. Patterson, M. Me Murray and A. Sntherley.

Mr. Nicholas was proposed as superintendent for the ensuing year, the appointment being subject to the approval of the elders. Miss M. Patterson was appointed lion, secretary and Miss L. McEwen treasurer.

It was resolved that the collection bri'the J first Sunday of ~ each month he be devoted to missions and that this money lie allocated each quarter. ; The annual picnic was fixed for March 19, and is to be held at the 'beach.

A vote of thanks was recorded oi: the minutes to Mrs. J. Ross for her faithful services as superintendent for the past four years. Mrs Ross will continue in charge of the senior gills’ class for which she has done so much.
