The High Commissioner’s cabltgram, dated the 29th inst., reads: Hem:p, Manila market quiet and a little easier. ,“J # ’ grade, JanuaryFehruary shipments sold at £4B. The Sisal market is quiet with value unchanged. New Zealand prices have declined sellers quote for high point at £36 10s and small business has been done in January-March shipments at that price. Fair is offered at £35 10s for FebruaryApril shipments but no buyers.
