' 1 The programme is as follows: — Thursday, ' March 3.—-At 5.40 p.m.' Their Royal Highnesses arrive and will he received at the railway station by the Mayor and Mayoress, the town clerk, councillors and their wives. Their Royal Highnesses then motor to the Grand Hotel; evening free.' Friday, March 4.—At 9.15 a.m. Their Royal Highnesses will proceed to a civic reception at the band rotunda; guard of honour, presentation of address of welcome, and children’s gathering.
