YOUTHFUL CRIMINALS SENTENCED.

Auckland, January 27

Two ex-Borstal. Institute boys George Colcord (alias Curtis) and George H. Brewer, were sentenced at Auckland this morning to six months’ imprisonment, to be followed by two years’ reformative detention, for the theft of money, and were- remanded to Hamilton a charge of gaol-breaking there. Leslie George Dunn, aged 16, this morning was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence on a .charge of arson in connection with the destruction of fire of a block f four shops at Panmure last Friday, and for sentence on another charge of breaking and entering and theft.
