OBITUARY

Wo regret, to record the death of Mrs Edna Helen Meads, wife of Air li. 11. Meads of Rata, which took place at Foxton last evening, at (he-early age of 28 years. Deceased was (he daughter of Air and Airs A. H. Wilson, of Alarotiri. The late Mrs Afeads entered a private hospital a short lime ago for special treatment and despite all that medical science and careful nursing could do, complications set in with fatal results. The late Mrs Afeads was well and favourably known in the Moutoa district and her death will come as a shock to her many friends, whose sympathy will go out to the bereaved husband, parents, brothers and sisters of the deceased. The funeral will leave the residence of deceased’s parents at Marotiri, on Friday at 2 pan. for the Foxton cemetery.
