BOWLING
The Nyc Ferns continue to create considerable interest among players on the local green, and yesterday afternoon a further game was played between the holders (Barr’s rink)-and a team skipped by Walker. The challengers seemed to have (he best of the game throughout, and finished with a good margin to their credit. The following are the rinks and scores: — Challengers: Parkin, Matter, Woods, Walker ('s) 26; holders: John Ross, Rimmer, Christie, Barr (s) 12. The next challenge will he by Christie’s rink.
