The Government Meteorologist wired at noon to-day as follows: — The indications are for freshening Northerly winds moderate to strong and backing by North to West. Expect warm and humid conditions, with increasing haze ami •cloudiness for change. The barometer has a falling tendency. Seas moderate, tides moderate.
